This is the first day of my life.

Shedding.

June 11th, 2009

so far…in 14 days I have lost 7.5 pounds! YAY! I am kinda excited except now it seems I am “between sizes” and my pants are falling off of me while the next size down is uncomfortably tight. Why IS that?! Oh well, In a few more pounds I will have new (old) jeans to wear. Exciting. As Lisa pointed out this morning…. I have 86 more days to get to my goal.

    Our friends are getting married and I have to fit in a dress I bought in a few sizes too small. lol. Don’t panic. 4 weeks after Hudson was born I was like 3 pounds above my prepregnancy weight….then ballooned to 20 pounds pounds above my stating weight… now I am trying to loose that!

    It takes a while and you cant be mad at yourself. Having a kid takes a lot out of you and exercise is A. hard to fit in and B. I’m usually too fucking tired to do it when I can!

    Seriously!!!! I have it in my head almost daily that I WILL fit in some sort of exercise and then when I finally have some me time to do it all I wanna do is sit down and relax and surf the net or anything BUT exercise.

    Next weekend in buying a gym membership again so that will for sure help. I will have to go since I’ll be paying for it.
