I am wayyyy ahead of myself. I am addicted to making babyfood. It is the the most fun ever! I can’t wait till the little guy can really eat all the stuff I’ve made. Luckily, it keeps in the freezer for 3 months.
So far he has tried: Avocado & Plums, cereal.
I have also made: Beets, Granny Smith Apples with spices, Avocado & Cilantro, Broccoli.
Today I made: Zucchini, Brussel Sprouts & White Peaches. He taste tested a dipped spoon of each. Apparently peaches are his most favorite thing to ever touch his tounge.
Anyways, I am officially out of the Plum puree I made last week so now I will have to start mixing the cereal with something else. I’m thinking I want to skip the cereal all together from now on. It just seems that it is empty calories with not a ot of nutrients. I have heard that avocado is a better “first food” and I think I am just into him eating fresh (or fresh-frozen by me) fruits and veggies. Cant wait to expand my babyfood horizons with meats and spices!
THIS RULES! <3

I am totally with you. Making baby food is awesome. All the combinations are so much fun. We had spinach with garlic for the first time, yesterday. Homemade baby food has such beautiful colors. We are tasting the rainbow!
