And it’s not like the Jetta is broken or anything. In fact, it’s fine for once. It even was able to jump the E350 today when the battery had died!
But, as I am making wishlists and thinking to the future, Scott and I have come to the realization that we are totally outta luck when it comes to our car. Why? Because a Jetta is SOOOOO small that an infant/rear facing car seat will only fit in the middle seat. I mean, they will fit on the sides, but, not with a human adult sitting in the front. There is NO WAY to fit three car seats, all rear facing- let alone two of those being infant car seats. I may die. So, as it stands, only two children and one adult will be able to go in the car at once. Our family will be forever divided until we save up enough for a bigger car!
This is sad news. So, if anyone has a slightly larger car and wants to A. trade or B. give or C. sell for a ridiculously low sums of $100- let us know!!
I have found a car seat that will work across the Jetta but only if they are all front facing. Which, of course is impossible. We may be walking until the kids can face front.

Scott needs to get one or 2 big jobs and you can go buy a $4000 used suv or something to last until you have millions…
I have no idea.
I’m sorry mama.
Whenever you all need to go somewhere, Scott or you can take my car, and the other can take yours… unless all five of you would fit in my car. haha! That just sounds painful :/

Yeah, I think if you had three kids you’d be worse off than we are. The Stokke fits much better in our trunk then in yours! Yeah, we need a used SUV but right now- it’s not an option. We will wait and see. I still have like 25 weeks to solve this problem!

I only have one to worry about and it’s starting to be a legitimate problem for us even… I had to sit in the back seat this weekend with Milo and it was horrible. There is absolutely no room for others in our vehicle aside from the passenger seat. My five seater car really only fits two adults and a baby comfortably. Sadly, a new vehicle is NOT in our near future either. I really hope you can figure something out and get a bigger vehicle!

This isn’t a solution right now, but by the end of the school year I am hoping to sell my car, a VW Passat (2003). It has a huge backseat and a big trunk…
