My feet hurt.

It’s a good thing I just said “eff” it and wore my nasty flats to the wedding on Friday night. I have been on my fat pregnant feet alllllll weekend.

The wedding was like amazingly beautiful, since it was on Treasure Island at night. You get this beautiful view of the San Francisco skyline that’s just to die for. I seriously want to live there. Spectacular! We took Hudson with us which was pretty funny since it was his first wedding and I ended up having to walk away from the outdoor ceremony because he was laughing hysterically at-well, I’m not sure. It was really cute and he was having such a nice time. He also ate risotto for the first time and LOVED it. He literally ate all of mine, which was sad because it was good and I wanted some. They also had a photo booth at this wedding as well! I love that that is the new hip thing. It’s such fun. Luckily, this time, unlike at the last wedding we attended- our pics came out super cute. I plan to scan them soon. Hudson feel asleep and we felt bad for him so we left around 9:30 which makes us officially old and lame. :/

Saturday we went to Half Moon Bay to go to Lemo’s Farms pumpkin patch. I was stoked! We left around two and the normally 15 minute drive from our house to the coast was over an hour. Insane! Or course we were totally late for the party which was sad. But, Lucas looked like he was having a great time. Hudson got to enjoy his first trip to the pumpkin patch and we enjoyed watching him take it all in. It’s amazing to think “holy crap- what this kid must be making of all of this!?!” I’ll go out on a limb and show some pics of Hudson on the blog since my husband rarely checks. He had a great time and my cousin Laura took some shots of him in the pumpkins which she is bringing me tomorrow. I’m stoked. Here’s a few that we took with the crappy camera.

Today, we took on the biggest challenge of the weekend. The 49ers game at Candlestick. A good friend of mine had a client GIVE HER 20 tickets. 20!! So a big group went. Scott, Hudson and myself have all never been to a football game so it was kinda exciting even though I am not a huge football fan.

Let’s say there may be a reason football and I don’t get along.

The rest of the group went early. Like 9AM to tailgate. I knew that was a no-go with the baby so we planned to meet up with them around 12. We got everything together- including our straight up tundra gear and headed to get sandwiches. We got texted a list from our friends at the game and basically spent allll our cash on sandwiches. Which was fine, since we were getting paid back when we got there. We were just leaving our town when our buddy texted us that parking cost $25!!! a car!!! TWENTY FIVE! Luckily, we had exactly 25 dollars cash left between us so we drive up to Candlestick.

Those of you not from the area- Candlestick Park is in the STRAIGHT UP 150% GHETTTTTTTOOOOHHHHH. Like, I was nervous. Of course, we come to find out parking is $30.00 and in the ghetto- there is not one ATM in site. Sooooo, we couldn’t park in the parking lot and had to literally venture into a housing project that was surrounded by a barbed wire fence to park. I was fearing for our safety because at this point we are parked a good two miles from the park itself. Luckily, we were not mugged or shot on the way to meeting our friends. But, I did have to walk two miles, while 16 weeks pregnant with twins- feeling (and looking!) 32 weeks pregnant with one- while carrying 10 sandwiches, three coats, a giant diaper bag, a bag full of bottled sodas and another bag full of chips. Scott had to carry the baby and some other crap. I was literally sweating BULLETTTTTTSS.

Once it was time to go in- that was ANOTHER debacle, as the giant escalator just stopped working due to the fact that too many people were on it at once. This thing was STEEP and went up about -no joke- 6 stories. Our group decided to walk up. I decided somewhere about 5 stairs from the top that I was going to have a heart attack. It was suppppper hard. Even members of the group in better shape were winded. I was proud that I was totally OK until the very top. At that point- I just needed my seat. Showed our ticket to the usher and they sent us to our seats. Except they weren’t our seats and we were arguing with people to “get out of our seats” when we were sent to the wrong section. AWESOME. So, we had to walk hella further to finally get to our seats. Which were better than the ones we were arguing for. Anyhow, long story short is that the 49ers won in what could only be called a massacre, as the Rams scored nothing while the 9ers were at 38 when we left towards the end of the 4th quarter.

One of the funniest parts of the day was every time the 49ers made a touchdown everyone was jumping up and screaming. SOOOO LOUD inside the stadium. Hudson’s face was hilarious. It wasn’t so much scared, because he didn’t cry- he smiled. But, it was pure shock every time the crowd went wild. His mouth would just drop open like he was just stunned that people could be so loud. I think he really enjoyed it.

And, since I’ve totally cheated this post with my Hudson pics- I’m gonna throw in these two stunners for shits and giggles.

DSC09978Hudson receiving kisses from his evil doggie Coco, who’s eyes turn red like that in about 99% of photos. Ask anyone who’s met her- she really is evil times a million!!

DSC09936And this, my friends, is what I woke up to Saturday morning. I cheated and let Hudson sleep with us both Thursday and Friday night- heck even half of last night! I love cuddling and anyways- yeah. I let him break the rules this weekend. Saturday morning Scott headed to work and I woke up to Hudson sitting at the end of the bed playing with the remote. I think this is why I can’t let him sleep with us anymore. He might crawl off the bed while I’m sleeping. Talk about dangerous! But, with a face like that greeting you- how exactly can you say no!?!

More pumpkin patch pics to come once Laura brings me her photos.

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend full of fun with their friends and family. I know we did! <3

PS: So much for those coats today because it was HOT in the city. Scott and I got fried!! (luckily, I like Hudson so he had on 70 SPF) I carried them for nothing. :(
