Last week I couldn’t sleep and ended up getting up at like 3 or 4 and listing a bunch on eBay. Anyways, mostly all of it ended today and I made A SHIT TON of money. Enough to pay for my hospital co-pay for our delivery in March. I am so stoked. But, I will mourn the loss of my orange patent Chloe bag. A sign of total excess. It’s sad that just a few short years ago I could ask my husband for something so extravagant and he didn’t bat an eye and now? I’m usually worried how the PG&E bill will get paid on time.
I guess the moral of all this is that decadent spending is never a good idea, because that money may seem like chump change at one point- but later you look back at all the things you’ve purchased both hugely expensive and some maybe $100.00 in MAC eyeshadow you’ve never worn-ever- and realize that now, you probably wouldn’t be struggling if you had just been smarter with your money to begin with. Oh well- live & learn, right?
I won’t be making the mistake of a million dollar bag anytime soon!
