Scott & I were discussing on the way home from Christmas dinner last night how epic Hudson’s first Christmas was. We had such an amazing time watching his excitement over everything. Although he was mostly uninterested in unwrapping his piles of gifts- he LOVED playing with all his new toys. It’s crazy to think that last year he didn’t even EXIST outside my body and this year he was pushing toys in circles through the living room. it’s literally amazing to sit back and watch your child grow from this totally clean slate and amazing to see the wonder in their eyes as they discover every little new thing.

Christmas this year took on a whole new meaning. we are so grateful for our son. I couldn’t imagine Christmas, or any other day without him.
