I plan like, a party a month of this scope and have the SAME issues (b/c even my "small gatherings" wind up with 35+ people at them...and I have a family tree the size of yours...did I mention my baby shower is close to 70 guests? And that's the SMALL list), and a hubs that will allow me to run, cry and sweat while he plays video games and showers 3 mins. into the party time. Arg. Try to do your hair the night before (I have curly shitty hair, so I need to straighten it) and pick your outfit long in advance

Ask a family member to come help with the decor or the food. I have a great BFF and she will help me out, and just having her around for sanity sake helps!

Do ANY food prep you can do the night before, AND buy anything you can that will save you time…or things that aren’t perishable :D
