SHARKKKKKSSSS!!
You guys!! I went to my first Sharks game last night! It was AWESOME. Not only was it our first date night since the twins- it was my first night to actually have a few drinks since-since-since- well, since like 2008. I’ve been pregnant or exclusively nursing since May 2008!
We went for my cousin Laura’s 28th birthday. It was so much fun to spend her birthday with her & not only did she get a special shout out on the jumbotron in print- they showed all 25 of us on the jumbotron as well!! What a great birthday!!! I even smuggled in some Sprinkles cupcakes for her.
It was fan appreciation night, since it was the last game of the season. And if you follow hockey, like in our family, you’d know the Sharks are either gonna place #1 or #2 for the season going into the play-offs depending on Chicago’s game tonight.
We had an amazing time with our family & friends and I have a million & one pics to share! But seriously, $8.25 for a beer or cocktail? Yeah, good thing only I was drinking because 5 drinks later we spent wayyyy more than we should have.

2. I think I had the most adult fun I’ve had in A LONGGGGGG TIMMMMEEE.
3. You guys will probably be subjected to even more pics of our child-free date night when I see other peoples pictures. So far, I have only seen my own & Steph’s.

Looks like you had a blast! Wish I had thought to take pictures of last nights “date night” aka go to a somewhat lame party and have 23 jello shots and STILL NOT GET DRUNK because the chick who made them clearly didn’t put any booze in them. I think it was a ploy to make me eat jello
Yeah, I said the same to my hubs. After two years without drinking I drank like 15 ounces of champagne with peach schnapps in it, then a beer, a margarita and two long islands. I wasn’t drunk AT ALL. I think the bartenders at The Shark Tank are a bit tight with the alcohol. For $8.25 you think they’d give you a STRONG drink.

This looks like such a fun time!! And your hair is crazy long! I had two glasses of wine, a shot of vodka, an half a kamikaze last night and was DRUNK! I’ve turned into quite the light weight these days.
That picture of Scott with laura and his sissies reminds me of some of the pics you’ve posted on here of “young scott”.
