This is the first day of my life.

Bumboland.

July 2nd, 2010

I bought a second bumbo a few weeks ago because I started worrying that Hudson sat up on his own just before 5 months and well, the twins are 4 months this week & I have much work to do if they are gonna sit at the same time. I know all kids are different, but seriously? I don’t do well with different, I guess.

So, we are working on it. Sawyer has also started holding her bottle for me!! So helpful! She has only done it a handful on times and can’t hold it for the entire meal- but twice tonight she held her own bottle for the majority of her meal. You go girl! *90s throw-back in the hizouse.* I just hope they can sit soon because then I can set them on the carpet to play with Hudson. He is getting so into them lately & I cannot wait for some parallel play up in here.

PS: Even if they don’t sit up at the same time as Hudson, they are still pretty cute.

    they are SO PRECIOUS!!!

poppy was a bit of a late sitter – she didn't do it with confidence until almost 7 months! bumbo chairs are great tho – hopefully the twins will be quick learners so they can play with their older brother very soon!

and uh, isn't it crazy that they have an older brother??

    ;D

    xoxoxo!

It makes me a little scured that they have a big brother- ESPECIALLY because he is beginning to ACT like a big brother!

they both have their feet kinda the same in the top picture. Is soy teething? Or just likes to eat pingers?

    Uhhhh, pretty cute?!
    Please.
I know I was there to take these photos, but looking at them and not being able to be there in person, RIGHT NOW, is making my heart ache. I want to cuddle and play and attempt to get smiles out.

Can I move in? For real.

Truman and his face need to stop. He is killlllllling me!

    It's just unfair.

Oh so cute! I didn't sit until a little before 6 months – and I still won't hold my own bottle! I hold a straw cup once in a while
