Actually LOTS of addicts, really.
Cat= addicted to getting in fights and beheading birds.
Dogs= addicted to being the most ill behaved dogs who have ever lived.
Sawyer= addicted to never actually finishing a bottle.
Tru= addicted to spitting up as soon as you think you are safe.
Scott= addicted to video games.
Emily= addicted to twitter.
AND HUDSON= addicted to Hyland’s teething tablets.
Not. a. joke.
I started giving them to him when he was teething around a year old. I had only given him tylenol a handful of times in his life as he has never been sick beyond a cold. No fevers ever. But he is cutting 2 teeth right now- on top of the one that busted through a week or so ago & homeboy? He wants his drugs.
When he sees the bottle he puts his cupped hand out like he’s begging for change. I give him them before bed & before nap only- but anytime he passes the bottle he begs for them. And when I do give it to him, like today before his nap, I put the 2-3 tablets in his hand and he eats them one at a time like candies. Then wants more. And cries when I walk away with the bottle.
This is addiction right?
The kid needs a homeopathic drug intervention.

That's funny, my son knows the tylenol bottle too and opens his mouth up super wide for it! We don't even give it to him that much, I guess they did a good job makin' that grape flavor?!
Also, good luck with the cat/bird problem

Jeezus, Mercer and I have had a discussion about Milo being a pill popper. I keep his hylands in this little bag I keep in my huge purse. The bag is full of his stuff. And sometimes he gets into the bag and brings me the hylands and shakes them up and down. Then? gets PISSED when I don't give him any. But, he loves tylenol too. well, the target brand. He LOVES it. And gets super excited when I give it to him. This scares the hell out of me.

HA! I joke with my husband that those tablets are like baby crack. I guess you have proven this to be true. Should be fun times when Abigail moves in the direction of being able to communicate better.

Evan does the SAME THING with those teething tablets. He grabs them by the handful from me but if he drops one he'll spend an HOUR crawling around looking for that one tiny little white pill. Hey, at least they're all natural and homeopathic and shit, right? He could be addicted to a lot worse.

Nolan does the same thing! CREEPY!
Plus, he's addicted to stealing WHATEVER it is I'm eating/drinking, no matter how full he is. It's kinda funny. Oh! Mommy has something, GIVE ME! haha

Me niece is like this with both the Hylands tabs AND her vitamins. It does not bode well for the teenage years lol.

Sebastian has an addiction to chewable acidophilus and Tums. He calls them medicine, begs for it when he gets hurt or notices the bottles, and literally cries like Hudson does when I only give him one of each. I have the bottle of Tums on our fireplace mantel and TWICE this week I've cause him scooting the coffee table across the room, standing on it to reach the bottle and SHOVELING them in his little mouth as fast as he can. Like literally, his mouth was green and foamy from them, and I was scared.
It all started because he was asking for Tylenol a lot, even for just a little bump, so I thought, "I'll give him Tums & probiotics and call them 'medicine' so that he'll get what he thinks he wants and I win by getting him to think that medicine is delicious and then he won't be stubborn like most kids and refuse to take it! I'll be mom of the year and everyone will want to know my trick to giving my kids medicine!" Little did I know that it would completely backfire and turn him into a "medicine" addict.
