My brother lives in Chicago & sent this picture to my mom of cars abandoned on Lakeshore Drive. It’s like a freaking snowpocalypse. Meanwhile, here in the SF Bay Area- it was 80 degrees. 80 degrees in February. Sometimes, California really does win.
