I am SO frustrated with comcast. First, my apartment community has an exclusivity agreement with comcast so that even if you don’t have a TV and don’t want cable you have to PAY $40.00 a month on top of rent to Comcast. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS IS LEGAL, but unfortunately it is.

It would not be so bad if comcast actually worked!!!!!! We are paying $110 a month for cable and internet and when I go to watch TV during prime time, it pixelates and skips so that regardless of whether I try to watch it live or recorded, I cant.

Someone asked how comcast is still in business… well its because of the sketchy deals like this with apartment companies in which comcast gives kickbacks to the apartments so that you are required to pay for comcast.

When I am able to move out, I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE return to being a comcast customer b/c of the sketchy dealings they have… oh and also because of the TERRIBLE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCT, IT DOESN’T WORK!!!!!!! I HATE IT>
